Fifteen questions before opening a request.
Every answer comes from real emails and WhatsApp threads. If your question is not here, write to help@dubaitopupdesk.org and it will be answered in plain language.
1. How do I place an etisalat recharge online through this desk?
Open the recharge form, pick one of the six preset amounts (20 / 50 / 75 / 100 / 150 / 200 AED) or type your own between 5 and 500 AED, drop the Etisalat mobile number in the +971 5X XXX XXXX format, add an email address, tick the consent box, hit send. A manager writes back within 24 hours with the payment link. AED is the only currency we work in.
2. How long does an etisalat quick pay take to land on the line?
Once the payment clears on the billing page, the balance is usually credited to the Etisalat prepaid line within a few minutes. The 24-hour window covers the initial reply from the desk, not the credit itself. If you paid and the balance does not appear within an hour of confirmation, write back with the transaction reference and the desk will chase the carrier.
3. Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa or Mastercard, on a separate secure billing page opened from the reply email — not on this landing site. Apple Pay is supported on iOS devices where the card is already set up in the wallet. Cash, bank transfers, gift cards and crypto are outside our scope on retail-size top-ups.
4. Are there commissions or fees on top of the amount?
Yes — a small service fee is added on the billing step before you confirm the payment. The exact figure is shown on that page in AED, together with the amount you chose, because it depends on the payment method and the size of the request. Value-added tax (VAT) is included where it applies, in line with UAE law.
5. What is the minimum and maximum amount per request?
Minimum 5 AED, maximum 500 AED per single request. Between those, six preset amounts on the form: 20, 50, 75, 100, 150 and 200 AED. The custom input accepts any whole number in the 5 to 500 range. Larger amounts are best split into two smaller requests — write to the desk and it can be arranged.
6. Which numbers can I top up from this desk?
Etisalat prepaid mobile lines registered in the UAE only. Wasel, Visitor Line, and other Etisalat prepaid plans are all covered. Etisalat landlines, Etisalat postpaid, other UAE carriers, and any non-UAE number are outside our scope. If you send a number outside our scope by accident, a manager will reply asking for the right one.
7. What happens if the money is debited but the line is not topped up?
Reply to the confirmation email with your transaction reference. The desk checks the payment status with the payment processor, opens a re-post with Etisalat if the request did not reach the carrier, and either credits the line or arranges a refund to the same card you used. Most of these cases close in the same working day.
8. Is it safe to enter card details?
You enter the card on the next step, on a dedicated billing page hosted by a payment processor — not on this landing. dubaitopupdesk never sees or stores the full card number. 3-D Secure (Visa Secure / Mastercard Identity Check) is on by default for issuers that support it.
9. Can I get a refund?
Yes, within the terms in the refund policy. If the top-up failed on the carrier side, the refund is arranged automatically to the same card. If the balance was credited to the number you gave, the top-up is treated as delivered — but if the number was wrong for a reason we can verify, the desk will work with you to fix it.
10. Do you send marketing emails?
No. The email you leave on the form is used once — to send the payment link and the confirmation. There is a small subscribe box on the footer for people who want to hear when the process changes; if you do not tick that, you will not hear from us again after the request closes.
11. Which languages does the desk work in?
English and Arabic. If your request is in Arabic, the reply will be in Arabic. The website itself has a full Arabic translation at /ar/, not just an RTL flip of English.
12. What are the working hours?
Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 19:00 (Gulf Standard Time). Saturday, 10:00 to 15:00. Sunday closed. Requests sent after hours are queued and answered on the next working morning. The 24-hour reply window still applies — it just starts from the moment the request lands on the desk, not from the moment the email leaves your inbox.
13. Do you serve customers outside Sharjah?
Yes. The counter is in Al Qulai'aah, Sharjah, but any Etisalat prepaid line registered in the UAE can receive a top-up from this desk. Requests come in from every emirate. Coverage across UAE districts is listed on the home page.
14. Do you keep a copy of my request?
Yes — the number, the amount, the email, the timestamp, and the reply thread are kept as long as needed to close the request and to satisfy UAE record-keeping duties. The full card number is never on our side, only the last four digits arrive from the processor for reference. Read the full privacy policy for retention windows.
15. Are you affiliated with the carrier?
No. dubaitopupdesk is an independent top-up desk based in Sharjah. We are not the mobile carrier, not a bank, not an app store, and not a re-seller of shop credit. The service is: a person on this side reads a top-up request and sends a payment link.
